Zachary D. (Zach) Pietrzykowski, 56, of Lyndonville, NY, formerly of Brockport, entered into rest on Thursday, April, 21, 2016 at Sisters Hospital, Buffalo.

Zach is survived his loving wife, Nancy, his father, Anthony (MaryAnne) Pietrzykowski, his mother Nancy Sustic, his siblings, Alex (Debbie) Pietrzykowski, Kim (William) Faill, Karen (Ken) Schleede, Andrea (Dan) Lista, Tony (Cindy) Pietrzykowski and many nieces and nephews and a daughter, Melissa Bowman.

Zach is predeceased by a daughter, Katrina.

There are no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
